If you take a quiz, answer survey questions, or otherwise choose to share information related to your health, wellness goals, symptoms, or conditions in connection with our products. We do not require you to provide health information to browse the Sites.
Internet/Network Activity. Device and browser type, IP address, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and how you interact with our emails and Sites.
Geolocation Data. Approximate location derived from IP address or shipping information.
Professional/Business Information. If you engage with us in a business capacity (e.g., a supplier, practitioner, affiliate, or press contact), we may collect your role, company, and business contact details.
Inferences. Inferences drawn from the above, such as preferences or interests.
Job Applicant Information. If you apply for a job, we may collect resume/CV details, education and work history, and any other information you provide; background checks may be conducted by third-party providers where permitted by law.

We will verify your request (which may include matching identifying information to your account or requesting additional information) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
State-Specific Rights (U.S.). Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana (as of Jan. 1, 2026), Iowa, Kentucky (as of June 1, 2026), Maryland (as of Oct. 1, 2025), Minnesota (as of July 31, 2025), Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island (as of Jan. 1, 2026), Tennessee (as of July 1, 2025), Texas, Utah, and Virginia may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the processing of personal information for targeted advertising or certain profiling.
California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. 9. Your Privacy Choices (Opt-Outs)
Marketing Emails. You may unsubscribe by following the instructions in our emails or contacting us at support@miannahealth.com. You will continue to receive service-related communications.
Text Messages. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
Targeted Advertising/Cookies. Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"/"Your Privacy Choices" link on the Sites (where available), adjust your browser settings, or use industry opt-out tools. See the Cookie Policy below.
10. International Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process personal information in countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Mi Anna Health currently offers products primarily via subscription. Under 18 Notice. Our products are intended for adult use. Individuals under 18 should consult a healthcare professional before using our products, and a parent or guardian should manage any purchases.
