The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

15. TERMINATION

Mi Anna Health reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Mi Anna Health or other users.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
